All student-athletes need to complete an online registration through Arbiter. If you are a returning student-athlete, log into your current profile and update any information needed and attach your current and up to date Sports Physical Form. If you are a new student-athlete, you need to create an account and upload your current and up to date Sports Physical Form.

If you are a D51 student, your athletic fee is $150 and can be paid via MyPaymentsPlus with the link above or cash or check(made out to Mesa County Valley School District 51) and given to the finance department at FMHS.

If you are NOT a D51 student and attend homeschool or any charter school, your Athletic fee is $225 and must be paid via cash or check(made out to Mesa County Valley School District 51).

Athletes are now required to have a secondary form of clearance. After they have done their online sports registration from above and have their current sports physical on file and uploaded, they must come to the Athletic Secretary to physically pick up our “Pink Sheet” to turn into the coach on the first day of tryouts. No Pink Sheet = No Participation. Athletes are responsible for their Pink Sheet, copies will not be given out.
